Sandrine, an experienced manager with a degree in accounting and business management, ensures that every customer feels at home. She is also talented in creating various coffee and syrup-based cocktails, both hot and cold, thanks to Maison Café Richard and Monin syrups. Her creations add a special touch to every experience at Merci Café.
Arnaud, a cooking enthusiast, inherited his love for the kitchen from his father, a former restaurateur. He brings to Merci Café a rich and varied menu, where each dish is a flavorful creation that pays homage to French culinary traditions while incorporating modern touches. His vision is to make every meal a moment of discovery and pleasure, with fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.
